RV Institute of Management (RVIM) is an autonomous institution permanently affiliated with Bengaluru City University. It is recognised by the Government of Karnataka, AICTE-approved and offers a UGC-recognised MBA programme. RVIM was re-accredited with an ‘A+’ grade by NAAC in May 2019 and received QS I-Gauge certification for E-readiness in 2020, with a DIAMOND rating for our curriculum in 2022.
The total approved intake is 180 students per academic year. Of these, 90 students are admitted through PGCET (Government of Karnataka), while the remaining 90 are selected based on scores from CMAT, CAT, MAT, KMAT, or ATMA, followed by group discussions and personal interviews.
To apply, candidates must use the dedicated online application portal. First, register as a new user on the portal and follow the instructions to complete and submit your application online. After submitting your application and paying the application fee of Rs. 590/-, you will need to take the RVIM Aptitude Test and Essay Test online within two days.
Yes, hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls on a first-come, first-served basis and are located off-campus. Additionally, there are several privately managed PG accommodations available around the campus.
